Terraform v. Jane Street: MTD denied?

his market resolves to YES if in the lawsuit filed by the Terraform Labs liquidation administrator against Jane Street (U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York, filed February 2026), the court enters an order that denies, in whole or in part, any defendant’s motion to dismiss the operative complaint.

This market resolves to NO if the court grants a motion to dismiss that disposes of all claims in the operative complaint with prejudice.

This market resolves to NO if the case is otherwise finally terminated without any qualifying denial (including voluntary dismissal/settlement).

This market resolves to NO if the deadline below passes without a qualifying denial.
